FVWM: How switch xkblayout for one application?

Dear Sir,

In fvwm-2.5.12 press CapsLock change keyboard layout for all
windows. Can i switch layout for one window (this work in
WindowMaker)?

My XF86Config:
Option "XkbLayout" "us,ru"
Option "XkbOptions" "grp:caps_toggle,grp_led:scroll"
