You can with FvwmEvent do something like:
DestroyModuleConfig FvwmEvent-somealias: *
*FvwmEvent-somealias: destroy_window FvwmFuncUnsetName
DestroyFunc FvwmFuncUnsetName
AddToFunc FvwmFuncUnsetName
+ I UnSetEnv <var>
+ I UnSetEnv <var2>
...etc
