FVWM: Configuration file

I had a working configuration file and wanted to use it on a different
machine. When I transferred it, some of the stuff didn't work any more.
Specifically the buttons. It says at the top of my file that I need to
make two symbolic links to FvwmButtons
ln -s FvwmButtons System
ln -s FvwmButtons Net Sites
But I'm not quite sure how to do this or if it would fix my problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?
