FVWM: New EFNET IRC channel #Fvwm

A new channel devoted to the Fvwm window manager
has been created on the EFNET irc network.
If you have a problem with your configs, or just
like to help out answering other peoples questions,
you're most welcome to join in.

Simply join #Fvwm to be part of the fun.
